Leveraging State-of-the-Art Analytical Techniques to Systematically Map the Impact that Every Microbial Gene, Protein, and Metabolite has on the Severity of Infection

In-House Pipelines

We leverage state-of-the-art analytical techniques to collect data in a high-throughput manner. Automated data analysis pipelines are integrated to evaluate the data and report back on a number of quality control metrics.

Metabolomics

Metabolomics sample prep and LC-MS workflow. The acquired data is analysed using our MINT software tool.

Genomics

This pipeline conducts quality assessment, filtering, taxonomic classification, similarity grouping, flags features of interest, identifies outliers, and automatically deposits the data summary and sequences in a database that can merged with the metadata.

Proteomics

We developed Automated Microbial Proteomics for Large-Scale Experiments (AMPLE), a high-throughput LC-MS pipeline which includes automated SP3 protein clean-up, and TMT labeling for relative protein quantification. Data quality was monitored throughout with our in-house pipeline ProteomicsQC.
